Walking Advisors

It seems to have been a quiet year on the walking front - perhaps the weather has had something to do with this!
Training has been available for Level 1 (lowland) through County and Region and for Levels 2 and 3 (hill-walking) through Regions. We are happy to provide training on demand, for small groups so do please get in touch if you would like to know more. It is not essential to hold a qualification for Level 1 outings but someone should have appropriate training and experience.

Units have continued to get out and about, from Unit meetings, camps and holidays; just a reminder, if you venture out on a night walk, please let me know (as mentioned in the Guiding Manual.)
Walking is easy to arrange, can be tailored to your own situation, is cheap and healthy, so why not do a bit more ?
